The fee will be billed at the beginning of the paying portion of your subscription and each month, quarter or year thereafter unless and until you cancel your subscription. We automatically bill your Payment Method each month/quarter/year, as the case maybe, on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your paying membership. We reserve the right to change the timing of our billing if your Payment Method has not been successfully settled. 

In the event your membership payment begins on a day not contained in a given month, we may bill your Payment Method on a day in the applicable month or such other day as we deem appropriate. For example, if you started your Premium Membership or became a paying member on March 31st, your next payment date is likely to be April 30th, and your Payment Method would be billed on that date.

You have to make the payment manually upon receipt of request from us.

The payment mechanism may change to recurring billing in future.

You may cancel your Finology One Membership at any time for any or no reason, by cancelling the payment mandate. 

You can manage/cancel the subscription through the website or alternatively reach out to our support. Further, for cancellation of the subscription, request has to be submitted at least three business days prior to the next renewal date.

If you cancel your Finology One Membership you will lose access to all Premium features at the end of your billing period. 

Once your subscription or membership is cancelled, no further payments will be charged starting from next month/quarter/year onwards.

You may cancel your Finology 30 subscription as per the terms of the product agreement, by cancelling the payment mandate. 

You can manage/cancel the subscription through the website or alternatively reach out to our support. Further, for cancellation of the subscription, request has to be submitted at least three business days prior to the next renewal date.

If you cancel your Finology 30 subscription you will lose access to all the research reports and features at the end of your billing period. 

Once your subscription or membership is cancelled, no further payments will be charged starting from next month/quarter/year onwards.

You may cancel your Investment Advisory services as per the terms of the Investment Advisory Agreement. 

Payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. 

Following any cancellation, however, you will continue to have the benefits of your Finology One Membership & Finology 30 through the end of your current billing period.

You will be entitled to a proportionate refund for the un-expired period, as per the terms of the product agreement.

After deduction of applicable breakage fee, you will be entitled to a proportionate refund for the un-expired period, as per the terms of the research products agreement.

We reserve the right, at any time, to change any fees or charges for using any services provided on the Service (or to begin charging fees for any free service), provided that such changes will not apply to fees or charges paid or free services used before the time of the change. 

Further, any price change to your service will take effect following intimation to you.
