Yes, the system has been designed keeping in mind the various devices and platforms used to access the internet. You can use any device (including mobile, laptops) of your choice and convenience.  

To create an account with Finology, follow these simple steps:

Step 1- Kindly visit the "Login" page

Step 2- Input your Name, Email ID, and Mobile Number in the respective column and then click on the ‘Sign up’ button

Step 3- Enter the OTP received

Step 4- Set up and confirm your password

Step 5- Click on Login to Finology

Voila! You have successfully signed up.

We send OTP to the registered mobile number and Email address. You can use either one of them. Also, don't forget to check your spam folder (just in case). A common cause for this could be an improper network and different country codes. Make sure you have a good and stable connection.

There are no such criteria to set a password; it can be a combination of any letter, number, and symbol.

You can use Google to create your Finology account with these simple steps:

Step 2- Click on “Sign Up with Google”

Step 3- Input your details in the respective column and then click on the ‘Sign Up’ button

Step 4- Enter the OTP received

Step 1- Kindly visit this link

Step 2- Click on “Reset Password”

Step 3- Enter your registered email ID/mobile number

Step 4- You will receive an OTP on your mobile number/email ID

Step 5- Enter the OTP

Step 6- Reset the password of your choice

Step 2- Click on the “Profile” section from the left corner of your dashboard.

Step 3- Update the necessary changes as desired

Step 4- Click on “ Submit changes”

Step 5- Log out and then log in again for the change.

You can easily log in to your Finology account using Google by following these simple steps:

Step 1- Kindly visit the Login Page

Step 2- Click on “Sign in with Google” 

Step 3- Select your Google account

Step 4- Enter Password
